Translational genomics to understand the impact of cancer-specific somatic mutations in lung cancer evolution

Our Lab Mission is to understand the impact of somatic genetic alterations in cancer cells on the highly complex regulatory network of signaling pathways. To address these questions we take advantage of a wide range of genetic, molecular and genomic techniques as well as biostatistics and computational biology tools. Our group is composed of scientists with various background including biologists, clinicians and physicist to study functional, cell biology aspects of cancer genomics towards novel drug development.
